MESSAGE FROM THE EDITOR This month we are celebrating the anniversary of Indigo Piping Systems and starting our 17th year in business. In the past 16 years we have grown from start-up venture in a small rented office to one of the most successful companies in the business of international procurement piping systems in the United States. This is attributable to the hard-working professionals who make up our company, to our continuous focus on the success of our customers’ projects, and maintaining our focus on our core business – water and wastewater piping systems. But whatever efforts we have made, we could not be successful without you, our stakeholders, who have given us the opportunities and believed in our ability to perform. So we are taking this opportunity to express our unlimited appreciation and gratitude to each of you. In this issue of The Bridge to the Future we are introducing an exiting innovation – a multimedia feature. We hope you enjoy it and we look forward to your comments. |

What have you done for me lately?
This is the implied question, and most important question from customers
which we have to answer everyday. Doing so requires understanding
what customers truly value. Our market segmentation strategy is a
key element. However, translating our understanding into a compelling
value proposition for each customer requires building on our processes,
technology and expertise – our global procurement system. This is
our next challenge: expanding and refining – or more specifically,
customizing - our focus on each of our customers. One way we are addressing
this challenge is with new, expanded and technologically updated facilities.
We have designed them with a modular layout scheme focused on the
value of every activity that is performed in our procurement process. Muda in Japanese means “waste.”
The development of our new facilities has been engineered to eradicate
“waste” as perceived by our customer. We want to “icon” the Indigo
“Global Solution for Piping Systems Procurement” as a keystone of
our strategy, building strong links between our customers and our
suppliers, thereby increasing our suppliers’ commitment to our customers
and involving them in our continuous improvement process. Indigo Piping Systems offers the Global Solution for piping systems procurement - customer-oriented teams, quality products and expanded facilities – all dedicated to the success of your project. |
